What a great service! Gareth responded to my enquiry the same day, worked out the problem with a cctv survey and provided a very reasonable quote. He carried out the work within a couple of days as he knew our house sale was dependant on the works. Such a breath of fresh air to have a can do person, I would highly recommend him.Posted on Google
Michael Chaskalson5 September 2026Gareth and Fred came to our house to deal with an issue that was producing a bad smell in the kitchen. They inspected and tested. They cut into the stack pipe to install an access point, as the indoor manhole cover couldn’t be lifted. They then did a CCTV survey of the drainage line. Having concluded that the problem was with a cracked gully, they water-sealed the wall where the it is located and built up the area up with concrete to reduce splashing. We found them to be friendly, professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. We’re very satisfied with the work they did.Posted on Google

Gareth soon found the problem with his camera equipment and his experience, drains were jetted and problem sorted. Took time to show us and explain the problems . Susannah Green27 July 2026Gareth was really helpful in sorting out the drains, talking through everything and checking in when our input was needed. They tidied up the space well after a lot of work, making it safe and orderly. Would recommend.Posted on Google
Mick Gowar22 July 2026*OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN EVERY RESPECT* Gareth is a not only a highly skilled craftsman, efficient and meticulous in his attention to detail, his customer care is also outstanding. My wife and I have been letting our home (my wife is an Anglican vicar, and we were living in a vicarage many miles aways) and we had a plumbing emergency caused by neglectful tenants. To our surprise and relief, Gareth attended on the same day we phoned him, sorted out the most pressing problem - severely blocked waste pipes - at an extremely good price, and sent us photos the same evening to show us what he'd done, and showing what more needed to be done. He also took the trouble to explaine everything clearly and in layman's language. He then undertook the further work required - again for a very competitive price - and again, sent photos and a video to show the work he'd done, and explaining once again in detail what he had done and what might need further work in future. His whole approach to the work was marked by unfailing consideration and thoughtfulness. This was outstanding service in every respect.Posted on Google
